Sexual identity is how one thinks of oneself in terms of to whom one is romantically or sexually attracted. Sexual identity may also refer to sexual orientation identity, which is when people identify or dis-identify with sexual orientation or choose not to identify with sexual orientation.
Sexual identity is determined by you. Ultimately there is something that is on your birth certificate though you are the only person who can determine who you are.

Gender fluidity means that someone is flexible about their gender. This means that they are not set to one gender and they may fluctuate between genders or they may express multiple genders at the same time.
Neutrois:
When you identify as agender, neither male nor female, and/or genderless.
Binary:
The genders at each end of the gender spectrum (male and female).
Transitioning:
The process of using medical means to change your sex.
Binarism:
Putting gender strictly into two categories (male and female) and refusing to acknowledge genders outside of male and female.

When you feel as if you are one part a defined gender and one or more parts an undefined gender. Terms can include

Somebody with a strong gender identification of themselves that is non-binary.
Poly Gender:
When you identify with multiple genders at once. Sometimes referred to as multigender.
Novigender:
A gender that is super complex and impossible to describe in a single term.
